My travel to and from your home/place of business, professional pitch raising, tuning to concert pitch, and minor piano action regulation and repairs that may be necessary are included in my basic fee. If major repairs are needed, they will be discussed in detail before work begins.

Basic Tuning :: $175.00 Includes pitch raising (as needed), tuning to 'concert pitch', minor piano action regulation and minor repairs (as needed).
Real service :: I believe that simply means doing the best job for you in a professional and pleasant way!
Major Repairs :: $TBD None of us like to hear those words, but if there are problems with your piano that are "major," I will show you the problem and thoroughly explain why and how it is affecting the play-ability of the instrument.
Know this: I do not hunt for problems to increase the bill, but if one is found, you and I will talk about it to determine exactly what you would like to do to address the problem within your budget. |

Appraisals :: As low as $65.00 If you've found a piano that you would like to buy, but you're really not sure about taking the plunge, it's always a good idea to have a professional give it a thorough appraisal of its present condition. I have prevented many of my clients from purchasing really bad pianos, or PSOs ( piano-shaped objects).
If the piano in question is within the areas I do most of my business, the fee is $65.00. If the piano is farther out, the fee will include a mileage adjustment. Please send me a note or call/text me (number at top of page), to get an accurate quote.

Cleaning :: $50 add-on Everyone who owns a grand piano knows how difficult it is to keep the inside of piano clean - the age-old problem of horizontal surfaces. I have some great little tools and methods to get under the strings to clean the soundboard and all the other places that dust loves to accumulate.
My fee for making the inside of your piano look lovely again is $50.00, when coupled with a tuning. It will make you want to keep the lid open again!! After all, that's what makes a grand piano look grand!

Piano Moving :: I don't personally move pianos, but I do have a favorite mover to recommend: Dad & Brad Piano Moving. Carlton Ralon is the owner, and he will most likely answer your call. Just like me, Carlton was raised in the piano business since childhood. He really knows what he's doin'!! Yeah, I went a little Texan there.
